Postcard Message
Hello Folks! Having a nice time the weather is grand. / Barbie and Clyde
This is the intersection today, as the old Bus Depot had fallen in disrepair and was demolished for construction of the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower. Meier & Frank, founded in 1857, operated for almost 150 years until a deal between May Department Stores and Federated Department Stores resulted in a name change. The building, the first in Portland to use escalators, now houses a hotel and other businesses.
