Hi Honey - / well I am having a swell time staying at the hotel plaza here in Harrisbrg and will be here until Thursday. Bob got in the army and I passed everything for the NAVY but won't know for sure until I get the reports on my blood test Thursday a.m. at 9:00. I am staying here with bob and two other fellows we get all our meals free and room. / Well I guess that is about all for this time so will close. / Love / Gene / Will send you my address when I get one.

JOHN G. SHEDD MEMORIAL AQUARIUM, CHICAGO Located at the lake front, in Grant Park east of Field Museum of Natural History. It is the largest and most modern Aquarium in America. It is built of Georgia Marble.I lived in Chicago for five years, and I don't have any pictures of Shedd Aquarium. I know that we visited once. I wish I remembered it better!

The newest and largest lake in the Southwest with fishing, boating, hunting, and camping, is truly a Sportsman's year 'round Paradise.I grew up in Ardmore, in the upper left corner of the postcard. My family spent a lot of time at Lake Murray. In high school, I had a boyfriend from Madill, and his family had a boat on Lake Texoma, so I went there with them. The summer church camp I attended also was on the shoreline of Lake Texoma.
